Ms. Tiffani Pearsall – Program Director
Ms. Tiffani Pearsall serves as Program Director, providing leadership and oversight for program operations, staff development, and community partnerships. She is committed to strengthening services that support justice-involved adults through person-centered, trauma-informed, and peer-driven approaches.
Drawing from her lived experience, Ms. Pearsall brings authenticity, insight, and compassion to her leadership. She is a strong advocate for peer support as a pathway to empowerment, accountability, and sustainable change. Her work focuses on reducing barriers, promoting dignity, and creating supportive systems that help individuals achieve long-term stability and successful community reintegration.
ACCEPTED CLIENTS
Hope House accepts individuals who:
✔ Are 18 years or older
✔ Are returning from incarceration or structured treatment
✔ Individuals experiencing homelessness
✔ Are willing to follow structured house rules
✔ Are seeking stable, substance-free housing
✔ Have verifiable income or approved funding source (self-pay, probation-funded, voucher, SSI/SSA)
REQUIRED FOR INTAKE
- Government-issued identification (or plan to obtain)
- Verification of income or funding source
- Emergency contact information
- Agreement to comply with Hope House policies
INTAKE PROCESS
- Referral received
- Phone screening conducted
- Review of paperwork
- Acceptance decision within 24–48 hours
- Move-in scheduled
